Tyrannasoar 2013-2014

Overiew

Tyrannasoar was the first rocket to shift away from the custom hybrid motor of past years and to experiment with new possibilities. A commercial M1575 motor was chosen to simplify operations and allow for a focus on cementing the fundamentals. There were minor stabilization issues and the rocket flew to only 3600 ft at IREC, but was recovered successfully.
